* A single-site license is for use at one specified geographic location (street address). A surcharge of 50% is applicable for each additional site.
** Lease should be continuous. Monthly payments after the first month will be credited towards a permanent license, if the lessee chooses to have a permanent license within the first six months of the lease. The renewal of the license on a lease basis will require payment of the initial first month license fee set forth above.
